Expectations” before answering the following questions. Please be realistic in considering
your ability to meet these requirements of our life together, and answer honestly. If you
cannot in good faith and without reservation answer yes to the following four questions,

1) Given that there is no employment opportunity at the Oregon Extension, will

We will notify the Off-Campus Programs office at your college of your application to the
Oregon Extension as soon as we receive it, whether you apply on-line or via mail.
However, we strongly urge that you personally check in with them at your earliest
convenience to apprise them of your intent to attend the Oregon Extension, and obtain
the necessary clearances and approvals from them.
